32 bit emulator for Windows 10?

Where can I find a 32 big emulator for Windows 10?  I have several older programs I am attempting to use on my 64 bit Windows 10 pro, and they are not happy in 64 bit mode.

    there is no 32-bit emulator as it depends directly on your processor and the way it operates.

    Microsoft explains that, “many programs developed for a computer that runs a 32-bit version of Windows will work on a computer that runs 64-bit versions of Windows without changes. However, in some cases, there may be differences in performance. When a 32-bit program uses built-in drivers, the drivers may not work in the 64-bit environment. If you have a 64-bit computer, it is best to run programs designed to run on a 64-bit computer ”.
