    I'm David, an Independent Advisor, here to help you.

    I do not recommend using Advanced System Repair. There is no guarantee that at some point, it will remove something necessary for Windows that may even leave the system inaccessible.

    Windows is constantly receiving updates and new features, so reported garbage will not always be garbage.

    If it was installed by another application, I suggest you uninstall it.
