Using the Compatibility option - Disable Fullscreen Optimizations may help.

(R\click on the games shortcut, then click on Properties. Click on Compatibility tab).

I have been searching, for a solution, for almost an hour now, and I managed to found the solution.

If, this doesn't work then sorry.

    So, heres how:

Step 1: Right Click your game

    Step 2: Click Properties

    Step 3: Click Compatibility

Step 4: Check "Disable Fullscreen Optimizations"

Then, launch your game, and see the conclusion.

Again. If this didn't work, I am sorry for wasting your time, but at least I gave it a try.

If you guys can’t find the compatibility tab and still pulling hairs over these useless vids that don’t even help you find the tab, open task manager (ctrl+alt+delete) while the program is running, then right click the program and open properties and the tab will be there (honestly don’t know why, pretty damn dumb if you ask me).

    Hi Reverie__,

I'm Paul, an Independent Advisor. I hope I can help you with your concern.

    Please try the following.

    1. Install the latest Windows updates.
    2. Update or Rollback the Graphics card driver in the Device Manager.

Open Device Manager >> click Display Adapters >> right- click your Graphics card driver >> click Update Driver.

If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your Graphics card driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver.

    1. Uninstall the currently installed Graphics card driver then download and install the available driver from the PC manufacturer or AMD website.
    2. Update BIOS if available.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
