What is Microsoft Advance Threat Protection and why don’t I have it?

Hello I run Windows 10 when i go to Services like the guy in this youtube video at 2:18 https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MKjUxnVgpmY, his PC shows Microsoft Advance Threat Protection and mine does not. What is this and why don’t I have it? Did I ever have it? What happened to mine? Does everyone with Windows 10 have this?

    My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

    I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

    I don't have that services either in my computer, I assumed that he is using an outdated version of Windows , that was posted way back year 2018.

    If may I ask do you have issues with the Windows Defender, is there any error codes or error message you are getting, based on the video, he is trying to fix the Windows Defender, do you have issue with it.

    To access the Windows Defender.

    -Click Start, type Windows Security and open the app.

    -Click Home check if the Windows Defender is On.
