Logitech unifying receiver driver is unavailable

Logitech MX master 2s stopped working via the unifying receiver after some time, I tried to update drivers, even ran IObit driver booster, I don't have the update KB4074588, so I can't uninstall it.

It works with Bluetooth but it sleeps every time it's idle and takes a lot of to wake up.

Also it the receiver works perfectly on other devices

all drivers are up to date

    JUST FIXED THIS!!

Download and install the Logitech setpoint software and reconnect through the receiver.

Go into the Unifying receiver software & see if the mouse is shown.

Try uninstalling the drivers for the generic USB module, then scan for hardware changes to reinstall them.

Check for any BIOS update &/or any other driver update via the PC manufacturer if you haven’t already.

What’s the make & model of the PC?

    Is there any error message?

Is the receiver plugged into the PC directly or via a hub?

Have you downloaded the firmware update?
