    Hello Chonoxian,

I am Jaspreet Singh an independent advisor.

This is not a driver issue or your system issue. The speaker inside the assembly have detached from the connecting wire which is why when you tap it it moves and connects and provides you the audio. Moving again disconnects it and hence the audio stops. If you are covered by warranty get the headset replaced or you may need to get it repaired by a technician.

"sometimes it works when i like tap the side of it,"

    • Sounds like a short in the headphone then, or wireless transmitter if that's what you are tapping.

    - If the problem were due to the balance...

I've never used wireless headphones, and expect the transmitter is connected via USB, so don't know if they can be controlled

via your onboard audio codec (Realtek, or other brand), but you can set the balance via Realtek HD Audio Manager with

headphone\speakers connected via the machines audio output jacks.

Balance can also be controlled via Windows Sound (Windows Control Panel)

Click on the Headphones icon > Properties. In Properties click on the Levels tab.

If neither of these options are available I would expect the headset to have it's own driver and user interface.

    .
