Is it possible to save the application in the Program Folder rather than as selected by Microsoft store. Or at leas place of my choice on laptop?

Some time application downloaded from MS store is automatically saved some where, I wanted to change that location.

I shall be thankful to you if, your answer is backed with screen shot if possible.

Thank you.

    Hi Ari94

How are you? I hope you are doing good.

You may change the apps storage location on the drive that you prefer by following the steps.

Click Windows Start button, choose Settings from the pop-up menu. Then in the Windows Settings, click System >> Storage.

the upper section of the Settings window you’ll see your local storage drives and the amount of free space available. You can find more storage settings at the bottom.

Go to Save Locations, you can find options for apps, documents, music, pictures, and videos.

To change Windows Store download location in Windows 10, change the current disk to another from the ‘New apps will save to’ field.

I hope it helps! Let us know the result,

    We'll wait for your update.

Hello Juliet Erum, thank you very much for the reply.

I want to download an application not pre-existing application.

    Thank you.

Hi, Juliet Erum, thank you for the quick and detailed reply. The reason I have asked because in the SAVE LOCATION as per screen shot you have provided there are New apps, Documents and Music does that mean I can not save application on C/: My Document or an other folder?

    Thank you
