I have the same problem, but instead of different keys being pressed, some keys simply dont respond on my Windows 10 20H2 Zed Air Pro win ver [Version 10.0.19042.867] PC.

The drivers for the Zed Air Pro on Product support | Drivers and Firmwares | LIFE Digital redirect to MediaFire Links which sometimes contain dead ends, and a Google Search for "Zed Air pro drivers  results in sites like i-Life ZED AIR PRO drivers | Download for Windows 7, XP, 10, 8, and 8.1 (drp.su) which are known to contain Trojans.

My queries to Life Digital, the Dubai based manufacturer as to why my Keyboard was not working has resulted in no replies.

Also the Core Isolation feature on my Zed Air Pro turns off randomly and the machine randomly stops, starts and reboots sometimes late at night, to fix which the battery can be manually disconnected.

Also you could hook up an external or bluetooth keyboard to check if its a hardware or software problem.

Hello Emmanuel, my name is Marco and I am an Independent Advisor. I will do my best to help you.

Is it possible that the keys may be dirty or sticky substances?

It doesn't take much to cause this problem.

    Have you checked?

Otherwise, when you say you formatted the computer, is it a full format or just a Windows installation over the old version?
