I want to download the Amazon Photos app to my desktop. Microsoft store keeps popping up. How do I get past this to do what I want?

I'm trying to down load the Amazon Photos app to my desktop. 

The microsoft store keeps popping up. This app isn't in the store. 

What can I do to get past this, please? 

I want this app on my PC. Thanks.

    Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

    Go to Update and Security - Activation

    What version (Home, Pro, Windows in S Mode . . etc) of Windows 10 is installed on your PC?

    In the Settings App, go to Home - Apps

    At the top of that page, is a drop-down menu to choose where to install Apps from, is that set to 'Everywhere'?
