If I start my computer normally there is not internet adapters available to connect to internet. All drivers are there and up to date. They have been unistalled and reinstalled. If I unplug the power to my computer and turn it on I have internet access and my adapters are visible.

I can only troubleshoot when I am online since I am online to trouble shoot nothing is wrong.

How do I get my computer back to the way it was before the update trashed my adapters?

    HP ENVY Desktop

the only way to make adapters available is to unplug the power to my computer, then restart it

no previous driver options, no roll back, HP recovery worthless after your update
