PC will not enter BIOS

I cannot access bios or boot from a USB for some reason, it just goes straight to the login screen. When I press the hotkey to enter BIOS, my PC does not turn on. When I press the hotkey to enter the boot menu it also does not turn on. I have tried the shift-restart and edit UEFI settings method, and my pc never turns back on. I have also tried the method of restarting through advanced startup in the settings, and once again, my pc never restarts it just turns off. I would appreciate any assistance!

Trying to boot tails, and I believe not being able to do so has to do with some changes I made to the BIOS settings months ago. And thanks for the responses, I will likely have to wait until I get home.

Can you disconnect the boot drive to see if starting without the drive connected allows you to use the DEL key to access the bios.

If you cannot access the bios using the DEL key either by selecting Start > Power > Restart (and then tapping the DEL key during power up, before windows starts. Or trying to access via Settings > Update and security > Recovery then you may have to wait.

Why are you trying to access the bios, if you don't mind me asking.

My PC has an MSI motherboard, the MS-7B22, and I know that the hotkey for entering BIOS is the del button, and the hotkey for entering the boot menu is F11, as they both used to work the last time I used them (a while ago). Now, when I press those buttons upon bootup, my PC doesn't turn on. And the same happens with all of the alternatives that I stated in the initial post.
