Unidentified network | Remote NDIS Compatible Device -  Please HOW do I remove this or find out what's causing it?

I can disable it the adapter.

But I can not remove it. When I uninstall it, it just loads up again when I restart computer.
It does stay disabled on restart.

I am getting spotty connection to network.

Dropping and not connecting right away.

If this is part of SPYBOT or Malwarebytes, I'm not aware of it.

I am also getting a DHCP not found issue on a 100.x.x.x ip address according to FING

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.

I would really like to just reset network, get rid of this remote NDIS and have nice smooth network connections :)

Any help in accomplishing this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

I will try to give whatever info/help you require to solve this.

    Hi Dean Russell ,

Has this worked previously or has this problem only appeared recently? What other devices are connected to the computer? Disconnect all other devices from the computer and try again.

The NDIS device is a Windows component, you cannot remove it. NDIS activates automatically when a program or app requests its use.

    Hi Dean,

Good day! This is Jhakesong an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to assist you with this.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. If your connection is intermittent, I would recommend doing a "Reset Network" this will reconfigure your connection and reinstall the drivers for the network adapters.

You can also manually reinstall your Network Adapters via Device manager if you prefer it that way. That will also refresh the internet configuration on your computer.

    Reinstall Network Adapters:

    1. Press Windows key + X
    2. Open Device Manager
    3. From Device Manager, go to Network Adapters
    4. Expand Network Adapters
    5. Right click on your Network Adapter driver and select Uninstall
    6. Restart your computer to allow Windows to reinstall the drivers.
    7. Check if the issue still persists.

Let me know how it goes. Have a great day!

No it is not a Dell computer.

Nor does it have quickbooks installed as per your link solution.

    It is a custom computer.

Is there a way to stop it from RE-installing / and or finding out what software or why it is doing this?

    Hi Dean,

Thanks for replying. Are you using a Dell computer? NDIS appears to be integrated on Dell computers. Here's how one user was able to disable NDIS.

    No change.

ImageI have reset the network and a have tried to UNINSTAL the device manually previously.

    It won't stay uninstalled.

    It keeps coming back.

After reset it has come back as well.

Is there a way to stop it from RE-installing / and or finding out what software or why it is doing this?
