Bluetooth missing from device

The problem is probably due to bluetooth service problems or a Bios configuration.

Press Windows + R then type services.msc

Look for the "Bluetooth compatibility service" then right click on it and select properties.

Choose the automatic start mode.

Then restart the service and check.

I have lenovo thinkpad T410, Windows 10 64 bit. and bluetooth missing from my device. 

1- I installed bluetooth from lenovo website but still the same problem ( disappear from Device Manager ) 

2- I troubleshooting bluetooth but still the same problem.

3- I don't have any restore point. 

4- When I install the drivers, also still the same problem bluetooth don't work and missing from my device. 

 In this picture I check in SHOW HIDDEN DEVICES.

Please help me, I update all drivers from a program. also I download and install bluetooth driver from Lenevo website and still missing in device manager
