Kindly boot into safe mode then run the audio troubleshooter: Go to Control Panel > search for Troubleshooting, then under Hardware and sound, select troubleshoot audio playback.

or open command prompt using your admin rights then type "devmgmt. msc" on the command prompt window to open Device Manager > Expand Display adapters > right click on your display adapter and select Uninstall device > the Delete the driver software for this device check box > Uninstall.
Once done, perform a reboot and install the necessary drivers for your machine by getting them on the manufacturer's website.
