windows explorer to create wallet size photo

I am not finding a selection for "choose wallet" to resize my photos to print that way. Is it because I don't have a photo "printer"?

Not finding any options but (when I am in manage screen) rotate right or left, set as background, or slide show.

    Thank you advisor but no...that is the problem, I do not have a "wallet selection" or anything that even "asks" me how I want to print my pictures.

    No worries....I took care of it on my own in a word document. I installed a photo on a blank word page, next resized it by grabbing the handles after clicking on the photo to make it the size I needed. Then I clicked on the photo and copied and pasted as many as I needed. Lastly I just printed them.

    I did spend a lot of time scrolling the internet to find out how to do this and why my Windows 10 was not allowing me to do as described.

    When I clicked "print"....it started to print and the pane with all the options did not appear to the right of the screen as you show in your message.

    I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this, are your photos stored on your hard drive or on OneDrive?

    Open File Explorer and locate the photos you want to print

    Right click the photo(s) and select Print

    On the resulting dialog, in the right hand pane, scroll to the bottom and you should find the 'Wallet' size for printing . . .
