2021-03-01T17:40:51+00:00 Hi,
Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.
I understand that you are unable to boot the computer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.
However, please let us know:
- Do you receive any error message/code?
- What is the make and model of the computer?
- Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
We can perform try performing a Startup Repair on your computer and see if that helps.
Refer the steps mentioned below:
- Create a bootable media and boot the PC using the media.
- On the initial setup screen, select the language and other preferences and click on Next. (If you don't see the setup screen, your PC might not be set up to boot from a drive. Check your PC manufacturer's website for info on how to change your PC's boot order, and then try again.)
- Now, click on Repair your computer.
- On the System Recovery Options screen, select Troubleshoot> Advanced options > Startup Repair.
- Restart the PC.
Let us know how it goes.
Regards,
