Windows 10 Explore Disable File auto selecting upon mouse hover / mouse over

Upon some update, 

In file explorer, file get auto selected upon mouse hover / mouse over it. Its frustrating. I want to disable  it? I have tried changing all settings from accessibility settings of mouse. No success! Please help !!

    Go to File Explorer > View > Options > Change folder and search options

    Change 'Click items as follows' from Single-click to Double-click
