I cannot connect to the Candy Crush Saga app store.

I  have not been able to connect to the Candy Crush Sage app store since the app. was modified on 5th March 2021.  My internet connection is fine.  Hope you can help

    Good day JaneWilliams7! I am Independent Advisor Paul R. and also a Microsoft/Windows user like you and I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. My apologies and I understand that you are having an issue on your Candy Crush Saga that is unable to connect to its app store.

    Just to double check, are you playing the game on your PC or on your mobile?

    Are you getting an error message when you try to go to the shop/app store?

    I have the same issue. How am I supposed to ensure that my account is logged in when the game won't connect to the internet?

    Hi JaneWilliams7, kindly check and try the steps below and see how it goes. I have also checked this on my end and I was able to open up the app store and will send the screenshot below for reference.

    *Ensure that your account is logged in for you not to lose your progress.

    *If you are logged into the game, you might/will be prompted to login again if the app will successfully launch/open.

    • Click on Start
    • Click on Settings
    • Click on Apps
    • Under Apps & features and look for Candy Crush Saga and click on it
    • Click on Advance options and try to reset the app first by clicking on Reset and see how it goes
    • In the event that reset did not help, try to uninstall the app by clicking on Uninstall and reinstall it from the Microsoft Store afterwards and see if that helps out
