Window 10 can't display chinese character

Hi,

I have a question that the chinese character does not display correctly in command prompt but it looks fine in window explorer. This cause my program didn't run correctly.

below is the exhibit

    It could be due to the command prompt settings. If you wish to make it permanent, you may follow the steps below:

    1. Start -> Run -> regedit
    2. Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor]
    3. Add new String Value named: Autorun
    4. Change the value to 'chcp 936'

    You can try to execute the following command in the command prompt and then try again to see if the Chinese character is displayed:

    chcp 936

    Thank you for your response. The chinese character can display after execute "chcp 936". May I know what was the problem and how can I fix this permanently?
