how can i add tags to my PDFs?

In the properties panel of pdf, under the details section, only file info is showing and the description information is not showing (pic attached). So i am not able to add tags to my pdf. PLEASE HELP, as i am a student and have a lot of PDFs and tags help in organizing them a lot.

    Hi Gautam, I am Paulo, an Independent Advisor, and I'm willing to help.

    Unfortunately, Windows Tags is not available to every file type and that includes PDF. It is handled by third-party shell extensions. If you want to tag your PDF files, you can try using a tool like File Meta Association Manager to enable that functionality. You can check this for more info:

    Thanks for the help! Can you please tell me how can i add other description like subject, etc. So that i can group by that category to organise the PDFs? And can i control the group by name feature to avoid A-H like category, and have only specific letter category.
