"Virus detected" windows notification

I have received a notification, apparently through Windows, that my computer has viruses. See the image below. I immediately ran scans with Adaware and Malwarebytes. Adaware came up with nothing. Malwarebytes found 6 items and quarantined them. I shut down the PC and started it again. After about 10 minutes the message popped up again. Reran scans, nothing detected. I am concerned that these notifications are themselves phishing/malware. Can I get some verification that they are legitimate and safe to click on?

Hi SimonKSP, my name is Ferdinand, I am an Independent Advisor.

Please open up Google Chrome, then click on the 3 dots at the upper right corner then click on Settings,

Under Settings go to Privacy and Security section, click on “Site settings“.

then go to Notifications, then look for Captcha-sourcecenter.com site and click the three vertical dots button, then click on Remove.

    Rescan Malwarebytes.

Hello, this is a notification from Google Chrome, they are misleading notifications for you to install malware, I recommend that you deactivate and eliminate the privileges of some pages to send you notifications, also to check what extensions you have installed in your browser since some may be stealing your data. It is advisable to only activate notifications from pages you can trust.
