Virtualbox preventing windows 10 update

It's asking me to uninstall virtualbox but I'm pretty sure I've already uninstalled it. I've tried the other solution with the batch file and just got some red text. I don't really know what this means but I couldn't find the virtualbox stuff anywhere

If you go to Setting app (windows key + I) > Apps > apps & features, is it listed under Oracle VM VirtualBox?

If not, have you ever installed any emulators?

    Hello ralphacert,

I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I'll be happy to assist you today.

Please check if you have installed any applications related to Virtual Box. You may also need to check if you have installed any Android emulators. Also check any folders associated with these apps and delete them.

Press Start then search Apps and Features

Find the Virtual box or Android emulator related applications in the list

    Select Uninstall

Restart your PC then try again to Upgrade your Windows version

If this does not work, Please try checking this older thread with similar problem. Please check NgDavid03's solution.

I couldn't find virtualbox in the apps & features. There was an emulator I installed a while back but it was already uninstalled. I will check the thread and try to see if I can fix.
