How can I solve the problem of "This browser is not supported" in Microsof Edge version 88.0

Hello! I had a problem with the browser because the result of a system check gave me this message: This browser is not supported.

Tried to figure it out, but can't find an answer.

I would really appreciate your help. I have an important exam this week and this is the only problem I have that avoids the requirements.

Thanks.

    Good Day Camilavelazco,

My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

If may I ask what system check did you use when you see that notification that your browser is not supported?

Can you please send a screenshot for me to have a better visual so that I can provide an accurate recommendation.

The latest version now is Version 88.0.705.81

Can you please check the version of Edge you are using.

    -Open the Edge

-Click the 3 dots at the upper right side of your screen

-Click "Abou Microsoft Edge, it will show you the version you are using.

I'll look forward for you response.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

    Good Day, Carlo!
    Thanks for your reply.
I attached the screenshot below. It's the system of my exam and it's a requirement to solve the problems that it detects.

Also, I checked the version of my Microsoft Edge, it's version 88.0.705.81 (Copied and Pasted)
I'm looking forward to your response.
    Thanks you very much.

    Greetings Camilavelazco,

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread, if the issue happens with a specific website, I assumed that this is a restriction that was set in the website.

Have you tried to use other browser like Chrome or Firefox if issue persists?

You can also try to use the internet explorer try if the website will work on it.

    -Press Windows key + R

    -Type iexplore.exe and hit enter.

If the Edge is the only one that is not working you can visit this link and re-download and install the edge browser.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe. Please let me know how it goes.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
