Hello. Rick!
I'm Rickson, an Independent Advisor, and I'm here to try to help you in the better way I could.
This is because your CD have a .cda format and you need to convert to .mp3 to be able to save in your computer.
Since the files are on a CD, you need to use Windows Media Player to RIP the CD to MP3
Once you are in Windows Media Player, go to Tools - Options - RIP CD, change the default format from wma to mp3
Then insert the CD and click RIP to convert the .cda to .mp3 files
If didn't work, try to find on internet some legal software to convert .cda to .mp3 (i.e. Nero or other)
