    Hi Konaté Bakary

So you have spilled water over your device.

    - - - -

Here is what you should do if you spill water on your device

    You should:

    1. Take out anything plugged in, that can be taken out.
      1. Unplug Battery, if possible
      2. Unplug Charger
      3. Unplug any input/output devices. Example, Speaker, Mouse, Keyboard
      4. If it is a PC, take off the side panel
    2. Leave the device in a well ventilated area to dry out
    3. Leave for a few days, until all dry
    4. Plug everything back in and turn it on.

    - - - -

So, your PC"starts for a second and it shuts down and then starts again and shuts down"

Try holding down the power button for 10 seconds, then wait 10 seconds , then press the power button.

What do you see on the screen when the device starts up?

    Cheers!

Hiiiii, how are you ? First thank you for your reply.

I manage to run it, I even work with it perfectly for some minutes and then I shut it down to go out for a while.

And when I came back to run it, it’s doing what it was doing yesterday by running for a second* and shuts down and goes back again.

*when I say running, i mean the lights and the ventilator but not the screen.

    Thank you.

    Hi!

My name is Federico. I'm an Independent Advisor, I'll be glad to help you today.

I am very sorry for your inconvenience. In these cases, what I suggest is to take it immediately to a repair shop because a shortcut could be happening at the exact moment when you plug in the charger. That is why the laptop starts up and then goes off.

I hope this helps solve your inquiry. Do not hesitate to get back to us if you need further assistance. I am more than happy to help

    Best regards,

    Federico
