    Hi!

My name is Federico. I'm an Independent Advisor, I'll be glad to help you today.

This error message occurs when the boot firmware on the computer generates lots of memory fragmentation. This can also be caused by an issue with Boot Configuration Data (BCD).

To help you with this, we suggest that you rebuild the BCD. To do this, please follow the steps below:

Using the bootable USB flash that you already have, plug it in or insert it on your device.

Select Command Prompt and type the following commands, then press Enter:

    Bootrec / fixmbr

    Bootrec / fixboot

    Bootrec /rebuildbcd

Note: Please enter each command in order.

Close the Command Prompt window, then restart your device.

The following video maybe helps you:

I think I am using the right website to create the boot USB drive (of course from another computer).

    Please find the file attached.

It is a screenshot I took from the website where I created the bootable USB. As you can see, it is the official Microsoft website. It is the right one, isn't it?

I am using to boot the USB drive I created from the website in the picture.

When I turn on the computer, after the Windows Logo appears for about 1 minute, it disappears and nothing happens anymore.

I got only a blank screen.

May I send you a short homemade video of what happens since I turn on the pc until the end, please?

thank you in advance for your help

I created a bootable USB. I went to UEFI (typing F2 when the pc starts) and I put the USB drive as the primary boot. The computer actually goes to boot from USB, then the Windows logo appears for about 1 minute. When it disappears, I have a blank screen and the computer stops working completely. What action could I perform? May you help me, please? Thank you in advance. Adriano

    Hi,

What did you use to create the USB? - Use the Media Creation Tool, then select "repair this computer" when you get the option.

    Cheers!
