hey i accidentally closed explorer.exe

hey I accidentally closed explorer.exe and it got rid of my taskbar my start menu and all my icons on my desktop how do I fix this

    Hi James,

    Either restart the PC using the power button or

    Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and open Task Manager.

    Click File>New Task.

    Type explorer.exe and press enter.
