Double cursor and other graphics issues

Hello,

for a few months now I've noticed that my cursor and other images often fail to disappear. It's kind of hard to describe, but basically when I'm using my laptop the cursor is doubled or pop up windows don't disappear, when they should. The "old" images stay on the screen until I move my cursor to where they are and then they disappear. I've put a picture of it down below.
Also I've noticed that sometimes my cursor just jumps to another place when I'm typing. I've not had this problem when I first got the laptop and it doesn't affect gaming or watching videos at all. Aside from the jumping cursor the problems aren't affecting the performance of the laptop. But it does really bother me by now.

I'm using a Lenovo Yoga Slim Laptop with an i5 10th Gen intel core, I bought it in September 2020. I have two graphic cards: Intel UHD graphics and Nvidia GeForce Mx350.

I've tried a lot so far. I've updated all the drivers, updated windows, I changed settings around. I also tried the secure mode and I did not have this issue there BUT the problem only arises after using the laptop for a while and mostly when I'm starting to work with word (while it's not limited to word, it appears when I'm using the browser too and just on the home screen), so it's hard to tell.

I would be so grateful for any help, I really don't know what to do and try anymore.

    Hi, I'm Claudeir, an independent expert, it's very important to me that all your questions are answered and that you have a positive experience.

    • Are you using the Touchpad or an external mouse? (wired or wireless?)

    As you said that in safe mode the problem doesn’t happen, some third party application may be the cause, so make a

    Clean boot:

    -The clean boot is used to determine if a background program is interfering with the system or optimizing the system load.

    For clean boot follow the steps below:

    On the Desktop, simultaneously press the Windows + R keys to open Run;

    In the Run menu, type the command msconfig and click OK to open the System Configuration;

    On the Services tab, check the option Hide all Microsoft services and Click Disable All;

    Click Apply and OK;

    Restart the computer.

    NOTE: This procedure disables all third-party services and programs. You can later, if the problem is solved in this way, selectively enable the programs and services that will start with Windows, instead of keeping all disabled. If the problem returns after activating the startup of a specific service or program, the problem is exactly in the startup of this software and it is recommended to remove it.

    -Uninstall any third-party anti-virus that you have on the machine and restart to test.

    -If any system file is corrupted, we will fix it:

    Check the integrity of the System.

    Right click on the start, Windows PowerShell (Admin) place the following command:

    Sfc / ScanNow

    If not, do these two more commands, one at a time:

    DISM / Online / Cleanup-Image / ScanHealth

    DISM / Online / Cleanup-Image / RestoreHealth

    -If nothing resolves, try a clean installation of the system, you can keep the files, see:

    Hey Claudeeera,

    thank you so much for your help!
    I have disabled the services via windows+r and msconfig like you said and it worked! It's been more than two weeks and I didn't have the problem again.

    I can't tell you how happy and relieved I am! Your advice was the only one that helped and I had been searching for a solution for weeks.

    So again thank you for your quick help.
