How to check screen on time windows 10?

I unable to find any software for it. But if you too picky about the screen on time. Then you can check without installing any software. First step find default clock app and and pin it to taskbar --> launch clock app and start it's stopwatch every time you start using your pc and pause it when you done or before putting the pc in sleep. And again resume it when start using again.
