I understand that you are having problems with your phone that has the audio inverted and I am very sorry for that.
Below are some steps that can help you solve this problem.
To try to solve it, I ask you to check if your Headdset has installation software, possibly it must have advanced settings in which it is possible to enable the audio outputs. Initially I suggest that you apply the problem solutions below.
Test Audio
- On the volume icon that appears on the taskbar, right-click;
- Then click on Playback Device;
- Click on the Headseat icon and then click on Configure as shown in the image below;
- In the Configuration window click on Test, do some tests and check if it works correctly.
Use the Troubleshooting tool for Sound.
The Troubleshooting section of the Control Panel includes more than a dozen network, Internet, audio and video troubleshooting and program compatibility. Problem Solutions are not designed to solve all problems, but they usually save time and avoid major concerns.
Press Windows + Q keys, type troubleshooting in the search bar;
Click on the icon and in the option Hardware and sound click on Solve problems of audio reproduction;
Click Next and troubleshoot problems as an administrator;
Now click on close troubleshooting.
Test and see if the behavior is repeated, if the behavior continues, perform the next procedure.
Troubleshoot Sound Problems.
- Right-click on the volume icon again;
- Select the option to solve sound problem;
- Wait for the program to perform the verification, follow the instructions on the screen until the problem is solved, after that check if it corrected the possible failure.
Drivers
Go to the manufacturer's website and update the latest drivers for your computer model, after the update try running the game again and check for audio inversion.
