Windows Bootable USB Drivers not Found

I have a Windows Installation USB that has never given trouble before, but a few days ago it seems to have stopped working. I've tried three different computers, one using a brand new SSD. I'm able to boot from the USB but it tells me it can't find the driver to install. I have tried the following: recreating the USB with Rufus, using a different USB to create it, switching ports (including the one where you click cancel and then switch), and I've checked the BIOS settings to make sure should work. Could the ISO somehow be bad? We haven't written over it or anything and it shouldn't be corrupt.

    It's a Dell Optiplex 3040. The SSD is a Samsung 860 EVO. Secure mode is disabled, and putting the USB first in priority disabled the mouse and keyboard so I couldn't progress past the Language select screen.

    Hello anskeleton0, welcome to the Microsoft community, my name is Luiz Cruz, an independent consultant and I would be happy to help you.

    What exactly is the model and manufacturer of the computer?

    Initially I recommend that you create the installation media again using Microsoft's Creation Media Tools, it is not necessary to use Rufus;

    Download the tool according to the Windows 10 architecture installed here:https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209

    Run the downloaded setup and click Create installation media for another computer;

    Select the Language, then select the edition and architecture according to the installed Windows 10;

    Connect the Pen Drive;

    Click Next;

    Select the USB Flash Drive option and click Next;

    Click Finish;

    Check if the Secure mode option is disabled in Bios, if it is not disabled;

    Change the boot priority in Bios in the following order:

    1st - Usb with the installation media;

    2nd - HDD with the operating system;

    I hope I helped, see you soon!
