In the Event Viewer , navigate to Windows Logs->System and right click on it and then click Find and search for MemoryDiagnostics-Results and see if you find any log?

Are you seeing these results after the search?

If that is the case, for some reason it didn't collect log files.

Try open start and search for cmd and right click on it and run as administrator and then type the following command:

    sfc /scannow

Press enter and let it runs.

I'm not sure why you don't have any event logs available then.

If you like, MemTest86+ is a good free alternative to test your RAM with.

Did you already filter the System events like in option 1 below to have it only show MemoryDiagnostics-Results?
