I purchased a USB headset, and when I plugged it in an USB slot, it lights up the LED, but I cannot see the device under Playback devices or any of the USB devices. Not sure how to set it up to start using the usb device. I tried running troubleshoot on both USB devices and sound devices, but nothing came up. I tried unplugging, restarting and then plugging back in to no avail. The USB headset works in a mac I'm owning, so its not the headset that is faulty. I use the USB slots for connecting my keyboard and mouse, and those work fine. Only the usb headset doesn't seem to be recognized. I have been having this issue of the connected headphones not showing up under the playback. The only thing I can see there is Speakers/Headphones.
