Hi AlpGungo, I am Rob, an Independent Advisor not affiliated with Microsoft and a 15 time and dual award Microsoft MVP specializing in Windows troubleshooting and Bluescreen analysis. Please remember as independents we are not responsible for the development of Windows or the computer hardware and drivers. If you will work with me I will be here to help until the issue is resolved.
There could be some weird hardware problem such as the CMOS battery not maintaining contact, a bizarre interference issue (I have seen strange ones), or other hardware causes.
You have not installed a 3rd party antivirus, have you? Those, at times, can play havoc with the time system. Best to use only Windows Defender which in Windows 8/8.1 & 10 is a full antivirus.
Try changing the time server the system uses now.

If those do not help then you definitely need to contact Beelink Support. As the OEM they are responsible for the proper operation of both the hardware and Windows during the 1st year (normal warranty period). So regardless of the cause, it is theirs to resolve. And the unit is under full warranty and may be in need of repairs or replacement. Added that even if you are able to resolve the issue you would want it fully documented just in case there are related problems down the road. Remember the more you do the more they will say it is something you have done.
Here to help,
Rob
