How do i really solve Task Manager "Not Responding" constantly?

I have had problems with my task manager for more than a year, but it is not until recently that it has already brought me to a breaking point, I thought that maybe if I reinstalled my Operating System, it would stop giving me the same annoyance. But there was no way to prevent the Task Manager from being "Not Responding" and giving me headaches at least 3 times a week, I have seen many tutorials on how to solve this and the most useful ones need the tool Local Group Policy Editor that advantageously for Microsoft is only available in windows 10 pro or higher licenses.

I do not download pirated applications, I have not even pirated Office on my PC, I have a decent computer that I buy after saving a lot and I am tired of being screwed by the task manager. Hope you can help me in some way or recommend a way to fix it myself. To give more explanation of the error, when it happens, I cannot finish the task manager, I cannot finish any process, I cannot even open most applications, it is useless to restart the pc and much less wait while "Windows reports the problem to Microsoft ". Have a nice day.

    Good Day Martinez,

My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

Here's the steps you can try.

-Click Start, type CMD and run as administrator

-Copy and paste each of the commands below and hit enter.

    sfc /scannow

Wait until it finishes scanning your computer and proceed with the next command below.

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Once done restart your computer and check.

If the issue persists, perform Repair Upgrade, this will re-install the Windows without affecting your files and apps, it will repair and replace any corrupted system files. This will also update your computer to the latest version of Windows.

Step 1: Download Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

    Click “Download Tool Now”

    Step 2: Run MediaCreationTool.exe.

Step 3: Choose "Upgrade this PC now".

Step 4: Select "Keep personal files and apps".

    Step 5: Let it install

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

Thanks for your answer, I solved the problem momentarily using Regedit and DisableTaskmgr, even so I read and followed your instructions in CMD, no problem appeared, and I proceeded to restart the PC, hopefully it will not happen again in the future. Thank you very much and a have great night.
