How do I fix this? I tried turning off sticky keys cause it kept appearing while I was upgrading my computer. It finished, I started typing on chrome. It was like this "mInecRafT". Random letters are capitalize. I don't know what to do. I tried turning off my computer, it didn't work.

I have the same problem as the original poster. One exception though, my external keyboard generally works fine until I use my laptop keyboard, then it acts up as well. This began after the second to last update and got worse on the last update.

To the point that I'm not able to use they keypad, or the number row on either laptop or external keyboard to put my pin in on the login screen. I have had no other new software installations, and only two software updates, that do not affect the keyboard.

I've attempted safe mode and have the exact same issues. Keyboard drivers did not change, so a rollback of them is not a fix.

Look, I opened on screen keyboard. Caps lock and shift were pressed even though I'm not pressing any of it.

I think the problem is in "shift key" and not on caps lock. I don't know what to do. It's so annoying. Also, the problem in chrome is same when I'm using Microsoft Edge. What do I do? I wanna throw the computer away.

It says the device is working properly. I tried uninstalling the keyboard and reinstalling it again the I turned off the computer. I turned it on and it worked but only for a few minutes. It's back again. Also, my chrome starts acting weird, everytime I open a new link it opens another chrome instead of opening it on the same chrome.

    I'm sorry to hear that

Please try to roll back your keyboard driver

For that, search for device manager

Go to the problematic driver, on your keyboard case and with the right mouse button click on Properties.

On the Driver tab select Revert Driver

See if the problem is resolved and let me know

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any more questions.

    Sincerely
