When I try to download apps from google play it says the app is supported. When I hit install it says no eligible device detected and just lists my Samsung phone. The reason I went to Google Play is that the apps I want are not listed in Microsoft Store.

The apps on Google Store are Android and not compatible with Windows which cannot run them. So in order to run them you'd need to install an emulator that simulates Android environment so they will run.
You can try this by installing one of the emulators here:
