I have a mouse and keyboard that functions on the first screen and the second screen is a drawing tablet I would like to have the pen input independently from the mouse. simple responses like this is not possible I do not consider acceptable responses. Nothing is true; everything is permitted.

It's just the way Windows is designed. Microsoft does not have that feature on their current roadmap for Windows either.

Hello, I am Sai, a Microsoft Community Independent Advisor. I'm not sure what you mean by "Nothing is true; everything is permitted", but the touchscreen input and mouse input are not recognized as independent and cannot be used in parallel with each other unless you can run two different systems, one with the mouse and one with the touchscreen.

Why does it work with running vms on my machine but the system lacks the ability to do this itself. Linus shows a video on this topic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXOaCkbt4lI   So why can't windows do this natively? I bet it is possible.
