Hi Divv -
Thanks for the response.
Is this a laptop or a desktop computer?
As you've mentioned before, the camera is not showing in the device manager of your computer.
Please follow the steps below
Press windows key + R
Type MSINFO32 and press enter
System Information will pop-up
Locate and take note of System Brand and System Model
Please share the system brand and system model on your next reply
Kindly try to add legacy hardware on your computer.
Press windows key + X and select Device Manager
Device Manager will pop-up. Click on the computer name appears on very top part of the listed drivers
Click on Actions located on top of the device manager
Click on Add Legacy Hardware
Click Next
You can select "search for and install the hardware automatically" first
Follow onscreen instruction until process completes.
If the search automatically did not work on your computer, kindly select the second option which is "install the hardware that I manually select from a list"
Select Cameras and click next
If there is a driver for the camera available on your computer, please click have disk and browse for the camera driver.
Restart the computer and check if the camera shows
Regards,
Kevin B.
