Azure Information Protection (AIP viewer) mobile app not working on Android 11 devices

Current setup: Users are using a Samsung Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g phone with Android 11 OS to view/listen to voicemails in Outlook email app.

Problem: When they try to open their voicemail it will launch the azure application and sit on the blue screen before it times out and closes the application. User has tried to reinstall both the azure application and their outlook/InTune company portal.

Is Android 11 compatible with the Azure Information Protection app(AIP) version 2.0? There hasn’t been an update for the Android version of the AIP app since December 22, 2019.

Devices: Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G and Samsung Galaxy S10+ with both running on Android 11 OS

There is clearly a bug here that Microsoft need to be aware of. App reviews in the play store are reporting the same and so are many of the customers that I look after.

I can't find any solutions for playing media files with intune  app protection presently.

    Open to suggestion?
