    Hi, StefVR1!

My name is Caio. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

This program is nothing more than one of hundreds of similar programs that promise to improve Windows performance in a very advanced or surprising way, but that end up doing nothing beyond what can already be done natively by Windows and can still damage your computer.

It is worth mentioning that, in addition to the low cost benefit, they can also end up damaging the computer with changes in the registry that of them some make.

Here's a free (and ad-free) guide on how to improve your Windows 10 performance: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/tip...

You can also perform a reset, keeping your personal data, to make your Windows cleaner (also for free) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how...

I hope this helps you! Please let me know if I can assist you more.

    Best regards,

    Caio G.

Because they want to sell their products to Microsoft customers and supposedly improve their competency, as the following Microsoft document relating to the Partner program details.

How to become a Microsoft partner - US Partner Community Blog - Microsoft

Partnership isn't a certification, so that's a misuse of terminology.  Its merely a free membership that provides certain access and aid to developers in order to try and improve their support for their products as discussed.

Being a Microsoft Partner indicates nothing about the products themselves, other than it theoretically indicates the company selling them might be attempting to improve, but that's in no way guaranteed.

Read it all very carefully Caio.  All that really says is they can sell you their software, nothing more.

Maybe they can do it better or with more knowledge or analysis or some other flowery way of saying it, but fundamentally those all say they can sell you software or other products.

They're actually a trusted solution provider as you can see at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/solution-provid...

Being a trusted solution provider means that:

    • Microsoft certified solution providers specialize in providing up-to-date Microsoft technology-based customer solutions all over the world.
    • A certified Microsoft solution provider can assess your business goals, identify a solution that meets your business needs and help your business become more agile and efficient.
    • Microsoft solution providers can help you take full advantage of the cloud, opening a wide array of new opportunities for you to grow your business and your revenue.

Also, they have Silver competency, which means that they "demonstrate consistent capability and commitment", as stated at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center... .

In addition, the competencies they have can be obtained by following the described steps at https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/membership/...

In a nutshell, this doesn't means Microsoft they're Microsoft partners.
