Hello, please help.

My ASUS laptop got updated by Windows 3 hours ago, and when I try to use it right now, it's stuck in Bios Utility-EZ mode. In my screen I don't see any bootable device or so I think.

    Hello, thank you for replying.

I tried to check if the hard drive was recognized, turns out it's not. So I tried to restore BIOS to default but it's still the same, still stuck on the screen same as the picture I attached.

Hi, I'm Robinson, an Independent Advisor and a Windows user like you.

Press F7 to enter on advanced mode then check if the hard drive is recognized. If is not recognized you can try to restore the Bios to default by pressing the F9.

This indicates a hardware issue on the hard drive, can be a connection problem, or the hard drive stop work. Depending on the model of your laptop you can try disconnect and reconnect the hard drive or you can try to connect as a secondary on another computer to check the hard drive health.
