    Hi RohithChowdary1,

Good day! This is Jhakesong an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to assist you with this.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. The issue could be caused by corrupted operating system files. I sugges running a repair. Here's how, if you can still get to the login screen.

Start your computer with Safe mode with Networking:

    1. Once you are at the Windows 10 sign-in screen, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and not let it go. While holding down the Shift key, click on the Power button (Windows 10 Power Button) and then click on Restart.
    2. When Windows 10 restarts, you will be at the Choose an Option screen. Click Troubleshoot
    3. From Troubleshoot screen, click Advanced Options, then click Startup Settings
    4. On the Startup Settings option and you will now be presented with the Startup Settings screen. Click the Restart button
    5. Windows will now begin to start, but you will be presented with a screen that provides various options you can select to specify how Windows should be started.
    6. Press F5 to start Safe Mode with networking
    7. Once logged in, try running the repair commands below:

    Run System File Checker

    1. Press Windows key + S, this will open search
    2. Type cmd, run command prompt as administrator
    3. Enter this command and press enter: sfc /scannow
    4. Wait for the process to finish and reboot your computer.
    5. Check if the issue still persists.

    Run windows image fix.

    1. Press Windows key + S, this will open search
    2. Type cmd, run command prompt as administrator
    3. Enter this command and press enter: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    4. Wait for the process to finish and reboot your computer.
    5. Check if the issue still persists.

I would also suggest running a repair upgrade of windows within safe mode if the above repairs don't work. Here's a guide:

Let me know how it goes. Have a great day!

    Hi RohithChowdary1,

Thank you for replying. If the white screen is still a problem in safe mode, we will then need to create a USB installation media from a working computer and run a repair using that. Here's a guide:

    Let me know what happens.
