Re-install Apple Application Support (x64)

Hello,

I uninstalled Apple Application Support (x64) because I thought I didn't need it. I thought it was just bloatware.

Turns out another software (ICM-Pro) is heavily dependent on it because the moment I uninstalled Apple Application Support, ICM-Pro stopped working entirely.

I do not have any backup versions, because I just bought this laptop...

Therefore, is there anyway to re-install Apple Application Support (x64) but without iTunes or QuickTime, since I don't use these products.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi TDTZoe

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

Apple do not provide the Apple Application Support as a separate download, it is only included in the ether installers, like iTunes, QuickTime . . etc.

So, the only way to add back that functionality, would be to install one of those apps, then uninstall the app, that would leave Apple Application Support on your PC . . .

    Hi TDTZoe

I agree with you, because Apple Application Support is not listed as a requirement for that software . . .

    Hello!

    Thanks for your fast reply!

I did that already but the software (ICM-Pro) still does not work. So I just resetted the laptop. Though it is very annoying. My old laptop does not have Apple Application Support, but ICM-Pro still works just fine. I dont know why it doesn't work on the new one with uninstalled Apple Application Support...
