When connecting the device, I get error code # 52. The software has a valid signature! How to find out the reason? The driver developer says their software runs without errors, which is why the problem is on Windows 10.

    Driver https://i.tk-chel.ru/drivers/TKUSBDriver.zip

Windows 10 has the latest updates for today.

I am trying to disable Secure Boot in BIOS if possible.

    I will check HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}

    Hey there Olyeg!

My name is Miguel Ángel and I'm an independent advisor, also a Microsoft user just like you! I'll try to help you today with your issue.

Can I know what driver it is and for what software? Just to check and see if its signature is valid with Windows 10 in the most updated version.

Try disabling Secure Boot from your BIOS, and see if that makes the trick by now. You can also delete the "UpperFilters" and "LowerFilters" values from the registry. Make sure to make a restore point before proceeding, and also making a backup of the registry. Follow these steps after:

    1. Press Windows + R. Type 'regedit' and Enter.
    2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}.
    3. Find the value "UpperFilters" and delete it. Do the same with "LowerFilters".

I'll wait for your reply! Don't worry, everything will be okay.

    Hugs,

    Miguel Ángel :)

Good day! I'm Raniel, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

Just to clarify, were you able to make any changes on your machine before encountering this issue? Have you also tried to reinstall the device driver?

Kindly double-check if your machine doesn't have any pending security patches: Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. Also ensure that the necessary drivers for your machine are properly updated by getting them from the manufacturer's website. You may refer to this guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/help/4028443/wind...

Once done, perform a clean boot and see if you'll encounter the issue: https://support.microsoft.com/help/929135/how-t...

Note: Temporarily disable your antivirus, then check again

If that didn't work, kindly perform the additional steps on this article as well: https://appuals.com/how-to-fix-usb-error-digita...

However, if the issue still persist, kindly perform a repair install of your Windows. I suggest that you watch the video on this article(https://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2016/06/how-to... or https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repai...) for you to have an idea regarding the process of repair install. There should be no worries in performing it since you will select the option to keep your files during the process.

You may also look into the Windows 10 recovery options (system restore or reset). Please see this article for details: https://support.microsoft.com/help/12415/window...

Note: Ensure to have a backup of your files

I hope this helps. Good luck!

    Hi Olyeg,

Apologies if the methods on the article didn't work out for you.

I'm running out of options here. Let's see if someone else has a better idea with regards to this issue.

All the options indicated by you have already been performed, except for those that bring the system to its original state and they do not solve the problem. Perhaps I found the reason for which this problem is (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/install/appendix-4--driver-signing-issues). I will try to re-check with the driver developers.
