How to change the monitor identity numbers from 1 to 2

Ok, I'm bad at explaining this but basically, I have two monitors, in the middle, one in the left. I want the one in the middle to display #1 which right now is #2. And I want the left monitor to be #2 instead of being number one. My problem is not the main monitor option, but I want the monitor in the middle to be #1 and the left one to be #2. I want this because it is handy this way and when I use programs some think that monitor #1 is the main which in the settings is not. Sorry again for the misconception.

In this case, just select monitor 1, scroll down and check the option "Make this my main video", so Windows will keep the monitor labeled 1 as the main one.

Is your windows not allowing you to select this option to make it main?

If you want to change which monitor is the primary one, access the video configuration, select the monitor, scroll down the page and click on "Make this my primary video".

If you want to change the order of the monitor, just access the video configuration, click on the monitor and drag it to any position you want.

If you just wanted to change the monitor's identification number, try reversing the cable, as this numbering is automatic from Windows, but as I mentioned above, you can configure the display as it looks best for you.

So basically I want the monitor labeled 1 to be my main monitor (which it is not). So I want windows to say my main monitor is 1 instead of 2. Like I said, I looked at many posts on this but it didn't work out. Sorry for the misunderstanding
