Here's the steps you can try.
Disable fast startup
Open “Control Panel” and click “Power Option”,
Click “Choose what the power buttons do”
Click “Change settings that are currently unavailable”
Disable “Turn on fast startup”
-Click Start, type CMD and run as administrator.
-Copy and paste the command below and hit enter.
powercfg -restoredefaultschemes
-Press Windows key + X
-Go to Device Manager
-Expand the Network Adapter
-Look for the Wireless driver that was installed
-Right click and go to Properties
-Go to Power Management Tab
-Put a check mark to "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power"
Restart your computer and configure the sleeps settings configure when will the screen will go to sleep.
