hi,

i have Windows 10 Pro (2004) and i'm trying to play a game, on STEAM, which are both already downloaded and installed.

first, a message came up saying  i needed an updated driver for graphics so i somehow did that and

now i'm getting a message saying that i need to update to Service Pack 3 in order to play it.

HOW DO I DO THAT???

Is it related to my version of Microsoft Office? Or my version of Windows?

If you have not already, try running Steams, Verify Integrity of Game Files tool.

(R\click on the games title in your Steam Library - Click on Properties > Local Files tab)

    - What brand and model cpu and graphics processor does your machine use ?

If your machine has Intel HD integrated graphics it does not meet the games minimum system requirements, which call for

2GB VRAM (this is only found on dedicated graphics cards. Integrated have no VRAM. They use part of the system RAM).

Generally, but not always, if the system requirements specify a certain amount of VRAM they will not run using system RAM as Video RAM.

"i needed an updated driver for graphics so i somehow did that"

    - For the best result with graphics drivers if you are using a laptop with a dedicated graphics card (Nvidia or AMD) download

the driver from the mfg of the machines web site download page.

Uninstall the current driver, reboot the machine and install the driver you downloaded.

If you are using a Desktop machine download drivers from....

**NVIDIA** Driver Downloads - Advanced Search

**AMD** Graphics Drivers & Software – Download the latest drivers for your graphics products

    Hi raypotts70,

I'm Rodrigo, Independent Advisor and I will help you.

Can you specify what game is showing this message to you?

There's no service pack 3 for Windows 10.

Maybe this is an old game and is trying to detect the service pack to run properly.
