Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.
Also, kindly check if there are pending updates to install in the Windows Update settings. If so, please download and install the update(s).
If the issue still exists, try to use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-t...
If that doesn't help also, try doing a repair upgrade. This will reinstall Windows 10 with the option of keeping your files and all installed apps including third-party apps.
Just go here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
And under "Create Windows 10 installation media", click the "Using the tool to upgrade this PC to Windows 10" to show more information and guidelines on how to do the repair upgrade.
It will only take time to download the installation files and reinstall Windows 10 on your PC. And this will restore and fix all corrupted system files. Also, after the process of repair upgrade, you have to download and install system updates in Settings > Windows Update settings. Please see if that would sort the Windows Installer error.
