If you want to break the file associations on those files, and set them back to nothing, there is no way to do that with Windows, here is a trick that will do that for you, basically, you create a dummy exe file, then associate those file types to that dummy exe, then delete the dummy exe and restart (not shut down) your PC, that will break those associations . .

Open Windows File Explorer
On the view Ribbon (tab) check the box marked 'File Name Extensions'
Close File Explorer

Right click your Desktop and choose New - Text File
Right click that text file and choose rename, then change the file extension on that new file from .txt to .exe
Confirm the change

For each of those file types, right click and choose Open With
Then navigate the menus to associate that file type to the dummy exe

Delete the dummy exe file on your Desktop and restart your PC
The file associations will then be broken!
